and positive brand. We aimed to visually communicate this to their users through their website and social channels. Our ambition was to create a forward-looking, authentic and relatable digital experience.

Taking a conversational approach throughout the experience ensured that journeys were quick and meaningful. We ensured that the maximum depth of any journey was three levels, so users were able to access their desired page smoothly and efficiently.
